Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information MarketTheListing collects, why, and how it is handled.

1. Information we collect

• Account details — name, email, phone, business name, and password (stored hashed, never in plain text).
• Listing content — property details and photos you upload so we can produce your marketing package.
• Payment records — handled by PayPal. We never see or store your card or bank details; we keep only transaction references and amounts.
• Usage and security logs — sign-ins and key actions, including IP address, kept for security auditing.

2. How we use it

To operate the Service: producing your marketing materials, submitting listings, billing, support, and protecting accounts. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your content to advertise to anyone else.

3. Service providers

We rely on a small set of providers to run the Service, each receiving only what they need:

• Vercel — application hosting; processes each request, including IP addresses
• Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage
• PayPal — payment processing
• Resend — transactional email (invitations, notifications)
• OpenAI — image generation and photo analysis. Your listing photos and property details are sent to OpenAI to produce and compose your marketing images
• DeepSeek — text generation (listing descriptions, captions, marketing copy). Property details and your agency branding are sent to DeepSeek; your photos are not. DeepSeek is operated from China, so this text is processed outside the United States and the EEA
• Google Maps Platform — address autocomplete. What you type into the address field is sent to Google to suggest and resolve addresses
• Upstash — short-lived counters used to prevent abuse (e.g., repeated login attempts)

No AI provider receives your password, payment details, or the contents of your support tickets. Content sent to these providers is handled under their own terms; we do not sell it or share it with anyone else.

4. Cookies

We use only the cookies required to keep you signed in. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

5. Retention and deletion

Account data is kept while your account is active. To close your account, or to request a copy or deletion of your data, email us at the address below; we handle these requests manually and will complete them within 30 days, except for records we must keep for legal or accounting reasons. Security and audit logs are retained separately for up to 12 months.

6. Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is role-restricted, and security-relevant actions are logged. No system is perfectly secure, but security has been a design requirement of this product, not an afterthought.

7. Children

The Service is for real estate professionals and is not directed at anyone under 18; we do not knowingly collect data from minors.
