This policy explains what information MarketTheListing collects, why, and how it is handled.

1. Information we collect

• Account details — name, email, phone, business name, and password (stored hashed, never in plain text).
• Listing content — property details and photos you upload so we can produce your marketing package.
• Payment records — handled by PayPal. We never see or store your card or bank details; we keep only transaction references and amounts.
• Usage and security logs — sign-ins and key actions, including IP address, kept for security auditing.

2. How we use it

To operate the Service: producing your marketing materials, submitting listings, billing, support, and protecting accounts. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your content to advertise to anyone else.

3. Service providers

We rely on a small set of providers to run the Service, each receiving only what they need:

• Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage
• PayPal — payment processing
• Resend — transactional email (invitations, notifications)
• AI providers — when you request AI marketing deliverables, the property details, the listing photos you upload, and your agency branding are sent to our AI text and image vendors to generate the requested content; never your credentials or payment details
• Upstash — short-lived counters used to prevent abuse (e.g., repeated login attempts)

4. Cookies

We use only the cookies required to keep you signed in. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

5. Retention and deletion

Account data is kept while your account is active. If you close your account, we delete or anonymize personal data within 30 days, except records we must keep for legal or accounting reasons. You may request a copy or deletion of your data at any time.

6. Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is role-restricted, and security-relevant actions are logged. No system is perfectly secure, but security has been a design requirement of this product, not an afterthought.

7. Children

The Service is for real estate professionals and is not directed at anyone under 18; we do not knowingly collect data from minors.
